Vinterra Resort is a premium coastal destination located at 1271 Caves Road in the Margaret River region of Western Australia. Conceived as a refined blend of luxury accommodation, wellness, food, wine, and art, the resort is designed to celebrate the unique coastal and rural character of the southwest while attracting discerning domestic and international travellers year-round.

Set on the edge of Toby’s Inlet, the development comprises 138 luxury hotel suites and 10 private villas, complemented by a winery and dining precinct, Japanese restaurant, bespoke wine room, wellness centre, conference facilities, and two resort-style pools with swim-up bars. Architecture and landscape unfold as a layered, immersive journey, using natural stone, timber, glass, and soft coastal tones to strengthen the connection between built form and environment.

Wellness is central to the Vinterra experience, offering yoga, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness alongside advanced therapies including hyperbaric oxygen treatment, infrared sauna, cold immersion, and light therapy. These are complemented by nature-based activities, sound healing, and nutrition workshops, creating a holistic sanctuary that supports both physical and mental wellbeing.

Sustainability underpins the design and operation of the resort, with recycled and locally sourced materials, carbon-storing pavements, geothermal pool heating, solar energy generation, and rainwater harvesting integrated throughout. Positioned within one of Australia’s most celebrated wine regions and supported by strong regional tourism growth, Vinterra Resort is set to become a landmark luxury and wellness destination for Western Australia.
